I am so happy to have you as a client and start our journey together. I strive to create long-term relationships with my clients where I know you so well I can interpret your needs and offer changes when you need them.

Please read over my Cancellation Policy below so you know how/when to cancel if the need arises in the future. I understand that your time is equally as valuable as mine. 01. CANCELLATIONS

If anything comes up and you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, I require at least 48 hours notice so I have time to fill your space. 

All clients who cancel within 48 hours will be charged a 50% cancellation fee based on the service scheduled. No Shows will be charged 100% of the deposit. I will respectfully decline any future appointments with anyone who no shows.

02. RESCHEDULING

To reschedule your appointment, please text (347-825-9941) If you are outside of the cancellation period, no fees will be charged. 

03. RUNNING LATE

Arriving at your appointment on time is necessary for 100% of your scheduled service to be completed. However, do understand that things happen and give a 10 minute grace period. If you arrive later than 10 minutes then we may need to reschedule or change the service to a shorter one at the same price as the original service scheduled.
